The TSF-WCA organized from 17 to 19 November 2009 in Accra, Ghana in a workshop Monitoring and Assessment for Liberia and Ghana to strengthen the capacity of Principal Recipients (PR) and Sub Recipients (SR) of Grants of Global Fund. This workshop was facilitated by two consultants from TSF-WCA with the support of GIMPA who hosted the training.
