At its office in Washington, from the 26th to 30th May 2008, the World Bank, through its agencies specialised in Strategic Planning( (ASAP, World Bank Institute) and in monitoring and evaluation (GAMET), organised an important training session for international consultants who support countries in monitoring and evaluating HIV infection control activities.

The TSF -WCA team led by the coordinator Dr Arnold AHIATSI has just returned from the TSF strategic meeting in Geneva (2nd - 4th of July). High on the agenda of the meeting were the following :
